When and where is BachataDay 2027?
Friday 5, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 March 2027 at Crowne Plaza Milano Linate, Via K. Adenauer 3, San Donato Milanese (MI), Italy.
What does the Full Pass include? And the VIP?
The Full Pass includes every workshop, show and party night of the weekend. The VIP Full Pass adds a reserved area in the main room, right in front of the stage, and reserved seats for the shows, guaranteed until they start. Accommodation is not included.
Are there day passes?
They will be available later on, together with details on prices and what they include. Follow us on social media or check the Tickets page so you don't miss them.
Do I need a partner for the Jack & Jill?
No: dancers are matched at random. Register as a leader or follower on the Bachata Social World Cup website; to take part you need a Full Pass, a VIP Full Pass or a Friday Party Pass.
Are there partner hotels?
Yes, two, about ten minutes' walk away: UNA Hotels The One Milano (15% off with the code BACHATA DAY) and Santa Barbara Hotel (reserved rates with the code BACHATA). Details are on the Location page.
Can I cancel my ticket?
100% refund until 31 January 2027, 50% from 1 to 15 February 2027; no refund after 15 February.
